Booking Terms & Conditions 2024-25

Our Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure

 the quality of your stay & clarify the details of your reservation

Min Stay B&B Two Nights

                Holidays 3-5 Nights

                Longer Stays are most welcome.

Reservation dates Arrival and departure day.

Arrival /departure times: Arrival from 4 pm, please contact us to arrive early or late in the evening.                          Departure at the latest 11 am.

                Stay in touch with your hosts by SMS if you have been delayed.

Payment currency; Rates & payments are in € Euro.

Full Payment; Required min 7 days prior to check-in.

Reservation Charges; Per Room per night inclusive of breakfast.

Pays de Loire Tourism Tax Tax Sejour of €00.60 pp per night is included on your invoice.

Cancellation & Refunds Refunds are available for cancellation of B&B up to 7 days prior to arrival date.                We may be able to reschedule your stay subject to availability.

              Rescheduled reservations must fall within the same calendar year.

              Should you arrive late or depart early a refund is not applicable.

Holiday Cancellations; Deposit refunds are available up to 8 weeks prior to your stay.

Final Payments; Paid 6 weeks prior to stay are not refundable. We are happy to reschedule Holiday                      within a 6-month period.

Extra Guests; We are a boutique B&B, and extra beds are not available. If a friend or family member                      wishes to stay, please make a reservation for the additional guests.

Guest use of Salons, & outdoor garden areas: The Grand Salon, courtyard seating area and garden                      are open for guest’s quiet relaxation until 10pm at night.

              Please respect other guests staying at L’Hotel de Hercé and be mindful of noise when                                using common areas.

Take away food:  If you have a takeaway meal, we are happy to set the table for you.  The                                      garden has outdoor tables & chairs for a picnic. No eating of takeaway food in guest rooms.

Children We welcome families with children 8 years and older. We do not provide additional beds or                     cots. An adjoining bedroom may be booked suitable for families. 

No Pets We regret we do not accommodate any pets.

Visitors: For your security & our PL insurance only guests staying at L’Hotel de Hercé are permitted on                    the premises. 

No Smoking Policy: L'Hotel de Hercé strictly enforces No-Smoking - No-E-cigarettes - No Vaping-                          inside the house, guest rooms or garden. Any guest smoking at L'Hotel de Hercé may be asked                to leave no refunds will be issued.
